Refund Policy
We want billing to be boring and clear. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to contact us.
Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized charges.
- A purchased plan or credit pack was not delivered to your account.
- A service issue prevented you from using paid features and we cannot reasonably fix it.
- Refunds required by applicable law.
Usually Not Refundable
- Credits already consumed by submitted generation jobs.
- Completed AI generations that were delivered successfully.
- Requests based only on a change of mind after paid features were used.
- Accounts suspended for violating the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
Subscriptions
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise required by law.
- Monthly plans are generally not prorated after credits or paid features have been used.
- Annual plans may be reviewed case by case for unused periods, legal requirements, or billing errors.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@craftshot.app from your account email address.
- Include your order ID, payment email, purchase date, and the reason for the request.
- We aim to reply within 2 business days and may ask for extra information to verify the request.
