Do new accounts get free credits?
- New accounts receive 100 welcome credits when you sign up. No credit card is required. At 1K that is about 5 photos, at 20 credits each.
How do credits work?
- A 1K image costs 20 credits, 2K costs 35, and 4K costs 60. Credits are used when a generation is submitted. Monthly plans add credits each billing cycle: Starter 1,000, Pro 3,000, and Studio 7,000. Yearly plans schedule that same monthly amount across the year. Credit packs are a one-time top-up, including $9.90 for 700 credits.
Can I use the images commercially?
- You keep ownership of the content you upload. Review every generated image before you publish it. The terms say AI output may vary, may contain errors, and may not be suitable for every commercial use without that review.
What is the refund policy?
- Refunds are available for duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges, when a purchased plan or credit pack is not delivered, when a service issue blocks paid features and cannot reasonably be fixed, and where the law requires a refund. Credits already used on submitted generations, and completed generations that were delivered, are generally not refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. How do I pay?
- Paid plans and credit packs are checked out through Creem. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and the billing portal in your account is where you review invoices and manage the subscription.

Credits renew with the subscription cycle and are best for ongoing shop updates.

Annual credits are scheduled across the year, with about two months free.
