Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to CraftShot, an AI product photo workspace for handmade sellers and small shops.
1. Service
CraftShot helps you transform product photos into listing, lifestyle, gift-ready, social, and related product image variations. The service is intended for lawful product presentation and shop operations.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, password, uploaded content, prompts, generated results, and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use CraftShot to create illegal, abusive, adult, hateful, violent, deceptive, infringing, or non-consensual content. We may screen prompts and uploaded content, block requests, suspend accounts, or remove content to protect users, payment partners, and the service.
4. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions
Paid plans and credit packs are described on the pricing page. Credits are consumed when generation requests are submitted. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Taxes may be calculated and collected by our merchant of record or payment provider.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You can request subscription or billing help from support. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Used credits and completed generation work are generally not refundable unless required by law or caused by a service or billing error.
6. Your Content and Generated Output
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant CraftShot the limited rights needed to host, process, store, and display your content and generated output to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any product photos, logos, names, or other materials you upload.
7. Availability and AI Results
AI output may vary, may contain errors, and may not be suitable for every commercial use without review. The service is provided as available, and we may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed.
