Information We Collect
We collect account details such as name, email, authentication data, uploaded product photos, prompts, generated outputs, generation history, credit activity, billing events, support messages, device data, and analytics data.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the product workspace, authenticate users, process payments, deliver credits, generate images, store history, provide support, improve performance, prevent abuse, comply with law, and send service messages.
Payments
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record or payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment, tax, invoice, refund, and subscription data may be processed by Creem to complete purchases and manage billing.
AI and Safety Processing
Prompts and uploaded content may be sent to AI providers and safety tools, including Creem moderation, to generate results and block prohibited content. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Sharing
We share information with service providers needed to run CraftShot, including hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, authentication, payment, and AI generation providers. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service.
Retention and Deletion
We retain account, billing, and generation records as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export where available by law.
