Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content and behavior

• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, or evasion of enforcement.
• Adult, sexually explicit, exploitative, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Hateful, harassing, violent, self-harm, extremist, or abusive content.
• Content involving minors in unsafe, sexualized, exploitative, or harmful contexts.
• Unauthorized use of another person's likeness, identity, private information, or biometric traits.
• Infringement of intellectual property, including unauthorized logos, copyrighted assets, or brand marks.
• Weapons, regulated goods, counterfeit goods, controlled substances, or other restricted commerce.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, payment controls, rate limits, or moderation.

Enforcement

We may screen prompts and uploaded content, block generation requests, remove content, suspend accounts, revoke credits connected to abuse, and report activity when required by law or payment partner rules.
